Ceramics N More expanding space, art opportunities in Pflugerville
The long-standing pottery studio Ceramics N More will be expanding its space, located in the heart of downtown Pflugerville.
The details
Adding 2,000 square feet to its existing space, the company will be offering more opportunities to indulge in pottery making, painting and ceramics shopping.
Dubbed a hub of artistic inspiration and community connection in a company statement, the new space will bring:
A range of classes for various skill levels
Open studio access for artists of all ages for clay sculpting, pottery painting and other forms of artistic expression
Event space for workshops, birthday parties and other unique events tailored for both adults and children
The business has been owned and operated by Willie Jackson for 18 years.
"We are thrilled to embark on this expansion journey and bring even more art opportunities to the wonderful community of Pflugerville. Our commitment to creativity and inclusivity remains unwavering, and we can't wait to see the positive impact this expansion will have on our customers and the local art scene,” Jackson said in a statement to Community Impact.
Jackson has previously described Ceramics N More as a studio of self-expression that allows customers to bring their vision to life and encourages them to be creative and unconventional in their work.
The new studio space will be taking the place of Ruffles & Rust, which will close its doors this summer.
